Todd Boehly has surprised the world with his recent transfer business at Chelsea. The American owner has signed over 7 players since he took after Roman Abramovich. The blues have signed so many attackers but they are still keen on securing Enzo Fernandez's signature. Enzo Fernandez is a 22- year old Argentine midfielder who plays for Benfica. His combined efforts with other Argentine players helped them to win the world cup.

Enzo Fernandez also won the best young player in the world cup, which made his value rise from $70m to $100m. Chelsea made an initial attempt to sign him but Benfica chiefs made it clear that their player will only leave if $120m gets paid. Sources have it that the blues are back to negotiate with Benfica after the first deal fell through.

Why does Chelsea insist on signing Enzo Fernandez?

This Argentine youngster naturally plays as a central midfielder but he is capable of playing the attacking midfield and defensive midfield positions. Enzo's specialties are long-range passes, short passes, outside box shots, and interceptions. He also controls the midfield so well that the opponents won't be opportuned to counter his team. He is also a creative player who can make other players to play well. He is the missing piece in Graham potter's attacking puzzle. Chelsea has signed the best in all positions but Todd Boehly's signing would be rated 100 percent if he secures Enzo Fernandez's signature.
