Chelsea has completed the signing of Jimmy Jay Morgan from Southampton. The 16-year-old striker will join Chelsea's youth team. He was signed with a fee worth over $6m. The Saints see him as their best young talent and are not happy to lose him. Chelsea academy striker Soonsup-bell has joined Spurs on a permanent deal. Jimmy might be a better replacement for that position although it might take a gradual process. Chelsea is still not tired so signing more players. Sources have it that the blues might sign Romeo Lavia in the transfer window. This shows that Todd Boehly's consortium is keen on investing a huge amount of money at Chelsea. Chelsea is currently the highest spender in this transfer window. They might not stop signing till they get a perfect team.
